An automated online gas analyzer using differential ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy with integrated sample conditioning.
DOAS-2000 is an online gas analyzer for flue gas, desulfurization and denitrification processes, boiler exhaust, VOC emissions and wastewater-pipeline monitoring. It uses differential ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy to measure selected gases continuously.
The system collects the sample, cools and dehumidifies it, filters dust, displays concentration data and transmits results to a PLC or computer. It is intended for applications with limited dust loading; higher-dust or more demanding sample conditions require the appropriate cleaning or conditioning configuration.
