Necessary preference storage
When the preference controls are enabled, the website stores your measurement preferences in browser local storage with a timestamp and policy version. The record is valid for up to 180 days. This saves you from being asked for the same choice on every visit. A changed policy or an expired, missing or invalid record requires a new choice. This record remembers your choices; it is not consent to optional analytics or advertising.
Browser settings may block or clear storage, in which case some preferences may not be remembered.
Staff-only administration cookies
The separate administration service uses login cookies for authorized staff. These cookies support staff authentication and are not required for ordinary public browsing.
Performance and statistics
When enabled, analytics measures page visits and interactions such as opening products, downloading documents or completing an inquiry. Analytics storage and short-lived campaign attribution depend on your performance-and-statistics choice.
Our website’s own measurement-event payloads exclude personal contact details, inquiry messages and full query strings. They may include product identifiers, inquiry categories and interaction types.
Validated UTM labels and source information are kept in browser session storage only after you allow performance and statistics. The website treats this record as expired after 30 minutes without activity and resets it on the next relevant interaction or restoration. Browser session storage normally ends when the tab or window closes; it does not have a built-in deletion timer. If you submit an inquiry while this attribution is valid, a copy may be stored with the inquiry and follows the inquiry retention criteria in the Privacy Policy.
An inquiry conversion represents a request our system has acknowledged, not a completed sale, confirmed order or qualification by our team. Clicking a button alone is not treated as a received inquiry.
Advertising measurement and personalization
When advertising measurement is enabled and you allow advertising storage, the website may retain a validated advertising click identifier in your browser for up to 30 days and attach it privately to your inquiry. This private inquiry attribution depends on the advertising-storage choice; it is not included in our general website event payload.
Advertising storage, use of advertising data and personalized advertising are separate choices. The advertising data-use choice controls the corresponding Google consent signal; it does not control whether the permitted click identifier is stored privately with your inquiry. Personalized advertising requires the relevant advertising choices; allowing performance statistics alone does not grant them. The configured Google tags determine which advertising services actually run.
Submitting an inquiry does not by itself authorize uploading your contact details or sales outcomes to an advertising platform. The website does not automatically upload offline sales conversions.
Measurement when optional storage is declined
When Google measurement is enabled, the configured advanced consent mode loads the configured Google tags and sends limited signals without optional analytics or advertising cookies, including before a choice or after rejection. Declining optional storage therefore does not mean that no information reaches Google. Those requests may still convey network and device information.
When website measurement is disabled, the website does not load its Google measurement tags.
Google tags and provider cookies
Google Tag Manager manages configured tags. Google Analytics and advertising tags may use cookies such as _ga or _gcl_* when the corresponding purpose is allowed. The actual cookies and their lifetimes depend on the tags and provider settings in use; the 30-day browser attribution period above is not a promise about every Google cookie.
Google may process information outside your country. Its privacy information explains its services and controls. Provider settings and additional tags must be reviewed before they are activated.

Change or withdraw your choices
Use Cookie preferences in the website footer when optional measurement is enabled. You can reject optional purposes, allow all available purposes or save individual choices. Unselected optional purposes remain off when choices are saved. Browsing and business inquiries remain available if you reject them.
Withdrawal prevents further optional storage for the withdrawn purpose and removes known first-party measurement cookies and retained browser click attribution where accessible. It does not erase information already received by a provider or an inquiry already stored by us. Browser controls can remove other cookies and storage; privacy requests can be sent to info@eranntex.com.
