TH-2000-C is an online monitoring and sample-conditioning system for emissions, flue gas, desulfurization and denitrification processes, boiler exhaust and wastewater-pipeline applications. It combines a sampling unit, gas-conditioning unit and analysis unit in a project-configured system.
The conditioning stage can cool the sample, remove moisture, filter dust and tar, separate condensate and regulate flow before gas analysis. Target gases, ranges, analysis principles, sampling distance and thermal-conditioning options are selected for the actual process conditions.
Standard sampling covers process temperatures from −40 to 600 °C; configurations up to 1300 °C are optional. The standard sampling distance is 30–40 m. An optional jet or vacuum pump supports distances over 70 m.
