A triple-infrared flame detector designed to identify fire radiation while reducing interference-related alarms.

Triple-infrared flame analysis

MIC-200-IR3 uses three narrow-band infrared sensors and optical filtering to identify flame radiation, including the carbon-dioxide emission band associated with hydrocarbon fires. The multi-band arrangement is designed to improve discrimination from non-fire infrared sources.

Microprocessor-based analysis, sensitivity settings, fault self-diagnostics and adjustable mounting support operation.
